Victoria learned the benefits of home organization early in life. Growing up in a military family, her family moved 10 times before she graduated from high school.
She holds an HR Management Degree from the University of Mary Washington. With over 25 years of experience, she has learned that oftentimes organization and workplace problems stem from inefficiencies of systems. Her strengths include identifying log-jams and collaboratively creating workable systems for homes and businesses.
She can help clients experience potential and progress and loves to see the relief on their faces when their space is organized.
Her favorite space to de-clutter and organize? The kitchen, of course! “The kitchen is the gathering place for cooking, socializing and working. Why not have it be the most organized and spend less time looking for things and more time on activities we enjoy?”

Charlotte is a true Entrepreneur. She also has decades of experience in the work force. Charlotte has started 2 businesses from scratch including their office organization, filing systems, office procedures.
She is the paper organization expert for Organization Direct. She takes your office “From Piles to Files”. She understands the struggles of being a business owner – and wearing many hats.
Charlotte is also our office organization expert. Her focus is to have your office space be functional and practical. She listens to your needs and can develop systems that are specific to your business, desires and the best way for you to “do” business.
Myrna has been in management for thirty five years – a major part of those in the hospitality industry. Her strengths include: great customer service and insuring our customers are happy with the end product.
