This is a 12 week coaching program.
We hold an initial Coaching call then weekly 30-45 minute follow-up calls are scheduled at a time that works for you. Together we will find solutions that really work and that are unique to the way you think and do things.
You will be able to really take control of your environment, space and time. When you reclaim your environment, space and time you will find you experience less stress and anxiety in your day to day life. You will be happier and more satisfied. You will be amazed at how simple changes can make a huge impact.
