Is Time Management a Hoax? | Organization Direct | Fredericksburg, VA
Have you ever wondered if Time Management is a hoax, if only you could manage your time better you would:
- Get more done
- Reach your goals
- Really Have a life?
Well, it may not be “perfect” but here is my two cents about Time Management.
Shortcuts Secrets for a To Do List for Time Management
Finding shortcuts will improve your Time Management. One of the best tools that I found for myself is the Getting Things Done App for my cell phone. It is SO quick and easy for me to keep track of what I need, want and have To Do and to prioritize everything. As an Entrepreneur, balancing your time management can be difficult…the Getting Things Done app keeps me on track.
Shortcuts for Social Media Posting and better Time Management
Social media is required for every Entrepreneur and small business owner. When you work social media properly, it can take a massive chunk of your time management schedule. Making sure that you get your blogs, post and information listed in all of the proper places (and keep it updated) can throw your time management schedule right out the window. And, while this is necessary, it doesn’t necessarily put money in your bank account. So, what kind of shortcut can you use for social media?
Using Onlywire for Social Media Posts
Use Onlywire to post your blogs and social media posts. In just a few quick clicks you can post your material into 47 different social media sites including the most favorite…Linkedin, Facebook, Linkedin groups, Stumbleupon, Twitter and more. What a time-saver! I remember when I used to manually go in and post my blogs individually on each site. It took hours and hours. What a waste of time management! I learned about Onlywire from my website developer, Cyberbility. Cyberbility is so much more than a web development company. They actually follow-up with their clients every month and continue to help them develop social media, SEO, and share other tips and tools to help you boost your business online. Thanks Cyberbility for sharing the benefits of Onlywire with me so that I can share it with others.
Being Time Management Savvy
Being time management savvy involves developing habits such as using the tools mentioned above. It also means taking responsibility of a daily schedule. Imagine that! Entrepreneurship and business ownership comes with responsibility to do what it takes to get everything done. And sometimes, when you are doing it alone, this can be difficult. This is why it is important to prioritize everything that you do – every day! What really needs to be done vs. what you really want to do every day. There is a huge difference!! Of course, there are certain things that you really won’t like about being in business. One of the biggest mistakes you can make is to avoid doing those things that you really don’t like to do. Stop procrastinating! Instead of avoiding them – and putting them off – do them first! Yes, I said it…do the things that you don’t want to do (or cause you the most stress) first. Or…better yet, delegate them to someone else to do for you.
